Great location, close to metro and train stations. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Kitchen available for use.
Nothing, all great.

This hotel is less than a block from Termini station which made it a great place to stay the night before we were flying home from Rome. The room was clean and larger than another hotel we stayed at in Rome. This hotel is not staffed full time, however, we were greeted promptly upon our arrival and had a wonderful continental breakfast.

Claudio was funny and very sweet. His aim was to please. The location which was right by the Roma Termini was excellent. The rooms were clean and there was enough room.
The electrical was a bit sketchy but not dangerous. It took 30 minutes of dragging our baggage around to find the place so have a good map. This is a good value for the money.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they even provided daily housekeeping. The location was ideal as it was walking distance from a major transportation hub and several tourist attractions. they had a shared kitchen that came in handy for making coffee and storing food.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it wasn't terrible either.

Would really recommend it.. it's not a 'hotel' as such. Its just 4 rooms, and a reception bit. The owners were really lovely and helpful. They are there when you arrive and then only come back in the monring to provide you with breakfast, which was simple but good. They give you business cards with a number to call them on if there are any problems (they said it was free for you to phone the number). The room and bathroom were simple and comfortable, and really clean. It's too minutes walk from the central train/ metro station, which is also where the airport buses drop you off, so it's handy. We didn't know what to expect being so cheap but we were really happy with it.
The walls were paper thin. Also we had to ask someone on the street where the hotel was - it has no sign post, it is just the one level of an apartement block, so you have to buzz in, like the buzzer for a block of flats - it feels safe though........ALSO- We read the reviews and one person had said noone was in when they arrived - we mentioned when we booked online what time our plane was due in and when we thought we would arrive, and they were there for us, so I suggest doing the same just in case!

The hotel is conveniently located in an area with good access to transport, being close to train and bus stations. the rooms are clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. the breakfast is not included in the price but is offered to guests every morning they stay.
A few reviews mention that the bathroom can be small, making it challenging to shower.

Location was fantastic, right net to Termini train station. Rooms were clean, and large, owners Clarian and Arianna were kind and helpful. We got what we expected and we were satisfied. If we ever go back to Rome, that place will be the one we will stay.

the in, room breakfast provided was a treat, and the private facilities were impeccable. the location advantages were exceptional, with public transport connections and easy access to the airport.
Although the service was polite, the room size was too small for my liking. this minor issue did not detract from the overall experience and the room advantages were top, notch.

We spent 5 days in rome in Clarian Affittacamera. Every day our room was entirely cleaned. We were also provided with new towels every day. Service of ca was very nice, hospitable and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and its so big, that we have never managed to eat everything we had received to eat. It is great about ca that its so colse to termini so that its very easy to get each place in Rome from there and autside the city too. In ca you can get a nice map of rome. We were very happy about ca. Many thanks for the service of ca. Diana I Marcin

Very clean room with good facilities. The breakfast was very good and was served in the room. Excellent bang for buck.
The area was a bit suspicious, but nothing too alarming. The walls are very thin and that could be a problem with noisy neighbors.

Though it was more like an apartment with multiple rooms it was great! It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Arianna was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely friendly and helpful. She really made you feel welcome. The location is extremely close to Termini station which makes it extremely easy to take the metro, trains, buses and city bus tours.
It really isn't a bad thing and kind of expected but the breakfast is pretty basic, croissant, biscuits and jam/nutella with juice and coffee served to your room each morning. They will give it to you the night before if you rather sleep in like we did!!
